SAFETY WAIVER

Waivers are required by all participants every time they visit Hollywood Sports Park. A parent of guardian must fill out the waiver of any players under the age of 18 years old. All players under 18 must have their waiver notarized if they do not have a parent or guardian fill out their safety waiver in person.
All paintball participants must watch the safety video at the park before playing!
All paintball and Airsoft participants must be at least 10 years old to play!
