Dear Management of Hollywood Sports, Today February 17th 2013, I was part of a private party of approximately 30 people in your airsoft fields. As I'm sure with most private parties, we were assigned one referee for the day and our referee was Chris. I am letter this letter in thanks to Chris to him as he was very patient, professional, and kind in his position as our group's assigned referee. It is very common to receive complaints but quite rare to receive thanks and compliments about services and products. The reason behind this letter, is although we had someone who was very rude, obnoxious, and intrusive, Chris was very patient and proceeded to do his job. This person who was in a party (he was a late addition to our group who haven't played with us before) created a difficult job for Chris as he was doing his job trying to get the game set up, explain the rules and safety regulations of each map, and directed people as he is supposed to. For that, I would like to apologize as I, working in customer service all my life, understand how difficult that may have been. Although it was just one person that was the cause of this, I would like to thank Chris for being patient, kind, and understanding to everyone in the rest of the group. It was because of Chris, my experience here was phenomenal and I would recommend Hollywood Sports to anyone. To Leilanie Marshall, Sara Robertson and Sonia Arellano, Chelsea, Jake Thank you all for your support and consideration to make this event a memorable one for my son Ian Gerodias and his dojo buddies. They all loved it, in fact our sensei is planning a private group for his son’s birthday. By the way I also like to extend my thanks to Savoy 6 members( currently in transition to a new name and group) Anthony, Koosha, Blaze, and Ismael because they gave tips and guided the beginners group out there on the field. All the kids are looking forward for the next event. Please pass on my gratitude to Gio and the owners. It was an unforgettable event for our kids.

Good morning Sonia, I just wanted to follow up on our day of group paintball that I shared with fellow co-workers. First of all everything went great and the day ran very smooth and we had no issue’s at the park and everything was step through step and then we were on the field playing paintball. Also, the gentleman named Jamal who assisted me with setting up the event was very helpful and provide with all the appropriate information that was needed.. We will planning to get another event going soon and I will be looking forward to contacting Giant Paintball park to setup another event…Thank you to you and your incredible staff for all the help. Hello Sonia, I would like to thank you for a great experience! The young lady that checked us in and took care of our payment was very pleasant and showed great patience dealing with 20 players with multiple forms of payment. Our referee Sean also made our experience enjoyable. He was able to get our party on all the maps we wanted, let us pick our scenarios and suggested some fun options also! I will definitely plan another private party at SC Village or HSP in the near future. Thank you again for making my son's 15th birthday a memorable one! Jonah G.
